SHIPPING POLICY

Drape in a minute Sarees is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the promised span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Shipping

  1. Free Shipping is offered for all launch collection sarees only. 
  2. All sarees are stocked in our own warehouse and are ready to ship.
  3. Sarees are dispatched within 2-3 working days.
  4. We shall send you an e-mail containing the tracking information once the goods are shipped.
  5. Once shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery depending on the zone.

 Note:

  • Please ensure you have provided us the correct physical address and contact details for shipping so we do not face a missing parcel scenario.
  • If there is a delay in delivery due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any unforeseen circumstance, we shall not be liable to return or exchange the goods.
  • If there is a delay in dispatch due to the product being out of stock, we may contact you through e-mail. You may then choose to wait, choose alternate products, or opt for a store credit or refund.

We only stock one piece in each design so orders are subject to stock availability.

Additional Fees:

  • Rural delivery for all orders: Additional fee $6.99
  • North Island Delivery: 4 - 5 working days
  • South Island Delivery: 5 - 7 working days

RETURNS POLICY

 

Can I return my online order?
At Drape in a minute Sarees, each piece is curated with utmost love, dedication, and artistic integrity. As such, we do not entertain returns or exchanges.

  • However, in the unlikely event that you received a damaged item or an incorrect product, you can raise a return/exchange request within 72 hours of the delivery.
  • Your return/exchange request should be sent by email within 72 hours of receiving your shipment, along with the pictures of the delivered product. Kindly note that any request made post the 72-hour window will not be eligible for return.
  • After receiving your request, we will review it and, within 5 working days, send you an authorization for return/exchange. Once you've been granted authorization, you will have to ship the product to the address provided by us. Alternatively, if our delivery partner's pick-up service is available in your area, we will arrange for the pickup of the item. 
  • For any return/exchange, please ensure that the product is in its original unused condition with original bill and tags intact.
  • Once we receive the product it will be examined by the quality team and if we find that the issue(s) you have raised is correct, we will initiate the refund/exchange.
  •  If you opted for a refund, it will take up to 7 working days to get it credited to your bank account.
Note : while our intent is to capture the product colour as accurately as possible, minor colour variations in the website picture and the product you receive may occur. This could be because of light settings, angle of picture and nature of fabric. This does not form grounds for a return/exchange.


Online orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded if the customer changes their mind and no longer wants the product.

If the customer chooses the wrong size and color, they will be liable for the courier cost to return the order and will pay for the courier cost for the exchange.

Will my refund include courier charges?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund courier charges unless the product is not as described or faulty. If the customer chooses the wrong size and color, they will be liable for the courier cost to return the order and will pay for the courier cost for the exchange.

Cancellations

We allow cancellations until your order is shipped. You can reach out to us at drapeinaminutesarees@gmail.com to cancel your orders. We won't be able to take any cancellation requests once the order is shipped.
